摘 要: 金屬液體凝固中直接擠壓工藝是近幾年發(fā)展起來的一種高效成形管、棒、型材新工藝。利用人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法研究了該工藝的參數(shù)協(xié)調(diào)和變形力預測等問題,建立了神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預測模型。實驗結(jié)果與預測值吻合良好,從而為預測和控制該工藝成形質(zhì)量提供了有效的手段。

Abstract: The direct extrusion during solidification of liquid metal is a kind of new process for forming tube, bar or shaped products. This process is distinguished for its characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving. The method of artificial neural network was utilized to research the coordinating of the process parameters and the prediction of the forming pressure, and the model was established. The predicted values were in accordance with the experimental results. So an effective measure for foreseeing and controlling the forming quality of the process was provided.
