摘 要: 根據(jù)分析判定的汽車從動軸螺旋傘齒輪模鍛成形齒型的金屬流動趨勢設(shè)計并制造了預(yù)制坯和封閉模具,在萬能拉伸試驗機(jī)上做了鉛試件塑性成形試驗,測繪出壓力行程曲線,用網(wǎng)格實驗揭示出不同剖面上的金屬流動和齒型充滿規(guī)律,論述了螺旋傘齒輪封閉模鍛造成形的變形特性。

Abstract: According to the metal flow trend which is deduced from die forging process of bevel pinion of automotive output shaft, the preformed blanks and die have been designed and manufactured. Then, the force-displacement curves have been obtained by some plastic forming experiments of lead workpiece. The metal flow law and the tooth filling process at different sections have been described using network test. Finally, the deformation characteristics of spiral bevel gears during no-flash die forming have been discussed.
