摘 要: 利用X射線衍射、顯微硬度測(cè)定等手段研究了ZnAl40合金的時(shí)效分解特性,并通過SEM和TEM觀察了時(shí)效過程中合金的微觀組織變化。結(jié)果表明,在時(shí)效過程中,合金的硬度發(fā)生變化,硬度峰值與時(shí)效溫度有關(guān),且隨著時(shí)效時(shí)間延長,α'-Al的點(diǎn)陣參數(shù)增加。在時(shí)效過程中,過飽和固溶體α'-Al發(fā)生分解,在晶界處通過非連續(xù)沉淀反應(yīng),形成粒狀組織;晶內(nèi)通過spinodal分解,形成類織物(tweed) 組織。

Abstract:The aging characteristics for the supersaturated solution of the ZnAl40 alloy were studied by X-ray diffraction and micro-hardness measurement. The microstructure changes were observed by TEM and SEM. The results show that the hardness of the alloy would change in aging and its peak values are related to the aging temperature. The lattice parameter of the supersaturated solid solution α'-Al increases with prolonging aging time. The super saturated solid solution α'-Al would decompose in aging, forming granular structure at grain boundary by discontinuous reaction and forming tweed structure within grain by spinodal reaction.
