摘 要: 對(duì)影響液態(tài)金屬所受電磁力大小的因素進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)電磁力作用下的導(dǎo)電流體中的非金屬顆粒的遷移速度進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:金屬液回路的幾何尺寸、行波磁場(chǎng)發(fā)生器的氣隙大小以及發(fā)生器中通過(guò)的電流等對(duì)電磁力參數(shù)產(chǎn)生很大的影響;行波磁場(chǎng)能使微細(xì)非金屬夾雜物(5~100μm)的遷移速率成倍提高。

Abstract:The factors which affect the magnitude of the el ectromagnetic force imposed on the molten metal were investigated, and the remov al rate of the non-metallic particles immersed in the conductive liquid was det ermined. It was shown that the geometric size of the loop forms by the molten me tal, the size of the gap of the magnetic generator and the electric current in t he generator affect the magnitude of the electromagnetic force greatly. The remo val rate of the micro non-metallic particles (5~100 μm) in the liqui d metal can be improved by times compared the case without EM force.
