摘 要: 采用微波燒結(jié)新技術(shù)研究了WC-Co細(xì)晶硬質(zhì)合金的燒結(jié)工藝與性能,并同常規(guī)燒結(jié)工藝進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明:微波燒結(jié)WC-Co細(xì)晶硬質(zhì)合金在1300℃的燒結(jié)溫度下保溫10 min時, 可達(dá)到99.8%的相對密度; 燒結(jié)溫度降低,燒結(jié)時間大幅度縮短,且制品的顯微晶粒尺寸只有常規(guī)燒結(jié)的一半;抗彎強度、矯頑磁力、硬度有較大幅度提高。

Abstract:Using the microwave sintering new technology, the technology and property of WC-Co fine grain cemented carbide in microwave sintering was studied and compared with conventional sintering technology. The results show that microwave sintered WC-Co fine grain cemented carbide can reach 99.8% relative density in 1300℃ sintering temperature and 10 min preservation. The microwave sintering not only can reduce sintering temperature and shorten sintering time in large range, but also can decrease micro-grain size of products over less one-half and increase bending strength, coercive force and hardness in large range compared with conventional sintering .
