摘 要: 研究了一種有機(jī)復(fù)合鉻酸鹽膜(KD-PC),其耐蝕性?xún)?yōu)于國(guó)產(chǎn)有機(jī)復(fù)合膜(BG-UF)。這種新的復(fù)合膜是以電鍍鋅鋼板為基板,由內(nèi)外兩層構(gòu)成,內(nèi)層為CrO3-H3PO4-SiO2系鈍化膜,外層為含CrⅣ,CrⅢ和 SiO2的有機(jī)樹(shù)脂涂膜。該復(fù)合膜不僅能有效地阻擋H2O,O2和Cl-對(duì)鍍鋅層的腐蝕 ,而且還能起到良好的緩沖作用。

Abstract:An organic-chromate composite coated electrogalva nized steel sheet(KD-PC) was studied, whose corrosion resistance is higher than organic-silicate composite coated electrogalvanized steel sheet produced in BAO GANG of China. This new type of KD-PC coating consisted of two layers: the inner layer was a passive film formed from CrO3-H3PO4-SiO2 systems, and the outer layer was an organic resin coat containing CrⅥ, CrⅢ and SiO2. The result of corrosion test showed that KD-PC film acts as a barrier to control H2O and Cl- attack and has good inhibiting by compound formation.
