摘 要: 電鐓發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣門用鐓塊材料要求具有高的高溫硬度,同時(shí)保持一定的韌性和可加工性。所研制的W252, W232高鎢合金鐓塊在800℃時(shí),HV值分別為150和169,其使用壽命比Cu-W80鐓塊提高20倍以上。 用于生產(chǎn)排氣門時(shí),其成品率由57.8%提高到98.2%以上。

Abstract:Upsetting die blocks materials used for fabricating engine valve should possess excellent red hardness, and certain toughness and good processing ability. The service life of upsetting die block made of W252 or W232 high tung sten alloy studied is over 20 times more than that made from Cu-W80 alloy by long-run confirmation tests. Especially in fabrication of exhaust valve, the finished product ratio has increased to 98.2% from previous 57.8%.
