摘 要: 利用跟蹤沉積坯表面坐標(biāo)變化的計算機模型,預(yù)測不同條件下噴射成形產(chǎn)品的幾何形狀,結(jié)果表明:(1) 垂直噴射時不能形成形狀規(guī)則的柱狀沉積坯;(2) 斜噴且沉積器以一定的速度垂直下移,可以形成形狀很好的沉積坯,沉積坯的直徑主要與下移速度有關(guān),同時也受噴射角度和霧化錐的散射角度影響。

Abstract:A mathematical model tracing the moving position of the surface of spray formed billiets/discs was utilized to predict the geometry of the preform under various processing conditions. The conclusions can be drawn as: (1) no regular cylindrical preforms can be produced under the condition of spraying perpendicularly to the substrate surface; (2) as the atomized droplets spray inclinely and the substrate translates perpendicularly, preforms with excellent formation can be spray formed. The preform diameter mainly depends on the translating velocity, and the spray incline angle and the spatial angle of the spray cone as well.
