摘 要: 采用噴射沉積工藝制備了Al-5.5Cu/TiAl3自生復合材料, 并對該材料的微觀組織及界面結構進行了研究。 觀察表明TiAl3與α-Al基體之間存在(020)Al//(002)TiAl3, [001]Al//[110]TiAl3的位向關系, 力學性能測試結果表明噴射沉積Al-5.5Cu/TiAl3自生復合材料的抗拉強度較鑄態(tài)的抗拉強度提高約12%, 延伸率提高450%, 耐磨性則提高150%。

Al-5.5Cu/TiAl3 IN SITU COMPOSITES PRODUCED

Abstract:Al-5.5Cu/TiAl3 in situ composites was produced by spray deposition, and the microstructure and interfacial structure of the materials were analyzed. The observation show that the orientation relationship between TiAl3 and α-Al is [001]Al//[1-10]TiAl3, (020)Al//(002)TiAl3. The mechanical properties of the materials were tested. The results show that the tensile strength of the materials produced by spray deposition is 112% of that produced by cast and the elongation isincreased to 550%, and the wear resistance is increased to about 250%.
