摘 要: 為了消除7075鋁合金模鍛件淬火殘余內(nèi)應(yīng)力, 采用模壓冷變形方法并利用X射線衍射技術(shù)測試了淬火態(tài)及經(jīng)過不同程度的模壓冷變形后鍛件的殘余內(nèi)應(yīng)力。 結(jié)果表明, 模壓冷變形是消除7075模鍛件淬火殘余內(nèi)應(yīng)力的一種有效方法; 淬火態(tài)鍛件表面為壓應(yīng)力, 模壓冷變形后的表面為拉應(yīng)力; 4.6%的模壓冷變形是模擬消除殘余內(nèi)應(yīng)力研究的最佳值。

Abstract:The residual stress of the quenched and die-forged products were investigated by X-ray diffraction technique. The results show that the cold deformation by die-forging is very effective for eliminating the residual stress of the 7075 quenched products, and the residual stress of the quenched products is compressive stress before dieforging and tensile one after die-forging; and the residual stress of the products after 4.6% cold deformation by die-forging is the minium.
