摘 要: 分析研究了擠壓復(fù)合溫度對K2O·6TiO2W/ZA-27合金復(fù)合材料的拉伸斷口分形維數(shù)的影響規(guī)律及與拉伸斷裂功之間的關(guān)系。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)該復(fù)合材料的拉伸斷口具有統(tǒng)計(jì)自相似性, 可以用分形維數(shù)來描述, 自相似性的測量步長范圍在0.185~3.750μm之間為最佳。 復(fù)合材料拉伸斷口分形維數(shù)同拉伸斷裂功之間有較好的對應(yīng)關(guān)系, 分形維數(shù)隨拉伸斷裂功的增加呈線性增大。

Abstract:The tensile properties were measured by using Instron tensile machine. The fracture surface of K2O·6TiO2W/ZA-27 composites was studied by using fractal geometry. The results on fractal dimension of tensile surface showed that the fracture surface of K2O·6TiO2w/ZA-27 composites has statistics self-similar property and can be investigated and described by fractal dimension. There exist good corresponding relations between tensile fracture work of composites and fractal dimension of fracture surface. The micro-mechanism of tensile fracture of composites was also discussed.
