摘 要: 在機(jī)械破碎ZrCrNi合金制備氫化物電極合金粉末時, 通過向合金中添加2%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)的機(jī)械合金化法制備的納米晶MmNi5, 制備了一種復(fù)合粉末。 充放電實驗結(jié)果表明, 采用這種合金粉末制備的電極的活化性能比用沒有添加MmNi5的合金粉末制備的電極的活化性能優(yōu)異得多。 合金粉末的結(jié)構(gòu)與形貌分別采用XRD, TEM和SEM等方法進(jìn)行了分析。 對這種復(fù)合粉末的活化機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討。

FOR ACTIVATION OF ZrCrNi HYDRIDE ELECTRODES

Abstract:In the process of mechanical pulverization of ZrCrNi alloy for preparing hydride electrode alloy powder, 2%(mass fraction, %) nanocrystalline MmNi5 synthesized by mechanical alloying was added. It was found that the activation property of the electrode prepared with this alloy powder was much better than that of the electrode prepared with the alloy powder without nanocrystalline MmNi5 added in. The powder samples were characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. The activation mechanism was also discussed.
