摘 要: 用熱力學(xué)及非平衡動(dòng)力學(xué)理論研究了Fe含量對(duì)快速凝固鋁鐵高溫合金的顯微組織及快凝過程的影響機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:隨著鐵含量的增加,快凝條帶中的微胞晶區(qū)(Zone A)體積分?jǐn)?shù)呈下降趨勢(shì);由于合金中存在初生相,從動(dòng)力學(xué)上減弱了合金的過冷及凝固速度。

Abstract:Non-equilibrium thermodynamics and kinetics were applied to the study of effect of iron contents on the microstructure evolution and solidification process of rapidly quenched AlFe alloys. It was shown that the volume fractions of Zone A structure decrease with the increasing of iron contents. Because of the appearance of primary phase in the alloy studied, the undercooling and growth rate are reduced after introducing iron in aluminum alloys.
