摘 要: 通過(guò)雙級(jí)霧化過(guò)程分析,建立了霧滴經(jīng)歷兩次破碎的飛行和冷卻數(shù)學(xué)模型,并進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算;利用模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果分析了霧化工藝參數(shù),并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了初步的驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:該模型基本能預(yù)測(cè)雙級(jí)霧化霧滴的飛行和冷卻過(guò)程,可為雙級(jí)霧化工藝參數(shù)的選擇提供理論依據(jù)。

Abstract:A computer model has been developed to describe the dynamic and thermal behavior of droplets in fragmentation process based on the studies on two stage atomization process. According to the model, the dynamic and thermal behavior of Al-20Si alloy droplets were calculated, and the technological parameter of two-stage atomization was discussed. The calculated result was also verified by atomization testing.
