摘 要: 研究了含氮、鈮和稀土的Fe-Cr-Ni耐熱鋼的力學(xué)性能和高溫特性,結(jié)果表明:含0.14%N,0.08%RE,0.15%Nb, 23%~30%Cr和11%~16%Ni的材料經(jīng)1100 ℃水淬,1000 ℃時效熱處理后具有最好的綜合性能;該材料1 000 ℃時的抗氧化性能與ZG40Cr25Ni20相當(dāng),優(yōu)于ZG 35Cr18Ni25Si2等國內(nèi)外常用的耐熱鋼。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and high temperature characteristics of Fe-Cr-Ni heat resistant steels containing nitrogen, niobium and rare-earth were studied. The results show that the comprehensive properties of the material containing 0.14%N, 0. 08%RE, 0.15%Nb, 23~30%Cr, 11~16%Ni after water quenching at 1100 ℃, then aging at 1 000℃ are the best. The oxidation resistance of the above mentioned material at 1000℃ is similar to ZG40Cr25Ni20 and higher than that of traditional heat-resistant steels such as ZG35Cr18Ni25Si2 steel.
