摘 要: 對(duì)平均發(fā)泡壽命和發(fā)泡強(qiáng)度的定義和適用條件進(jìn)行了分析,并輔以發(fā)泡和消泡系數(shù)來(lái)定量描述內(nèi)生氣源條件下熔體的發(fā)泡行為。利用碳酸鹽分解產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)生氣源在Na2B4O7熔渣中發(fā)泡方程的簡(jiǎn)化公式和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可以確定在坩堝直徑、渣高度和發(fā)泡劑的粒度變化時(shí)的發(fā)泡和消泡系數(shù)及平均發(fā)泡壽命和發(fā)泡強(qiáng)度,由此可對(duì)不同條件下的發(fā)泡過(guò)程進(jìn)行定量比較。

Abstract:The average foaming life and foaming intensity have been defined and their application were discussed. With these two parameters and the supplement formation and rupture coefficients, the foaming process originated from the reaction in the melt can be described quantitatively. By simplifying foamequation of decomposition of the carbonate in borate melt and with the experimental data, the four coefficients for foaming process can be determined in the variations of crucible diameter, slag height and foaming agent radius. In thisway the foam behavior of foaming process under different conditions can be compared quantitatively.
