摘 要: 在對(duì)ZA12合金鎢極氬弧焊接頭HAZ不同部位(測(cè)點(diǎn))焊接熱循環(huán)曲線大量測(cè)試和計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)上,借助于焊接熱模擬技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了進(jìn)行焊接HAZ顯微組織模擬的熱循環(huán)參數(shù),并在DM1000A型電阻加熱式熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了ZA12合金鎢極氬弧焊焊接HAZ加熱峰值溫度 θm=370 ℃, 305 ℃區(qū)域(測(cè)點(diǎn))顯微組織的模擬。研究結(jié)果表明:ZA12合金鎢極氬弧焊焊接HAZ組織熱模擬試樣的耐磨性均高于母材,并均隨負(fù)荷的增加其耐磨性降低。焊接HAZ組織熱模擬試樣的耐磨性與其組織中α相內(nèi)共析體組織形態(tài)密切相關(guān)。

Abstract:Base on a vast amount of testing and calculations for the welding thermal cycling curves of different testing points in HAZ(heat affected zone) of ZA12 alloy TIG welding joint, the thermalcycle parameters of microstructure stimulation of welding HAZ were designed , and the microstructure simulation of testing points (θm is 370 ℃ and 305 ℃) of ZA12 alloy by TIG welding was carried out by the means of type DM1000A ohmicheating welding thermal simulation tester. The study results from the simulation specimen indicated that the wear resistance of welding HAZ of ZA12 alloy in comparison with that of base metal increases in varying degrees, and with loadincreasing the wear resistance decreases. The wear resistance of the simulation specimens of welding HAZ was closely related to theform of eutectoid microstructure in α phase.
