摘 要: 研究了脈沖電流對(duì)2091 鋁鋰合金再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)的影響。金相觀(guān)察結(jié)果表明,脈沖電流加速再結(jié)晶,并減小完全再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸。透射電鏡觀(guān)察表明,通電試樣在保溫15 min的組織為幾乎無(wú)晶內(nèi)位錯(cuò)的再結(jié)晶組織,而未通電試樣卻是混亂位錯(cuò)的亞結(jié)構(gòu)。研究表明,脈沖電流提高再結(jié)晶形核率和降低再結(jié)晶長(zhǎng)大速率而減小完全再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸。

Abstract:The effect of current pulse on the dynamics of recrystallization in 2091 AlLi alloy has been investigated. Metallographic observation results showed that current pulse accelerates recrystallization, and decreases the size in diameter of grains fully recrystallized. TEM results showed that the microstructure in the specimen held for 15 min with concurrent pulse is recrystallizedgrainswithout interior dislocations, but that without current pulse is substructure with chaotic dislocations. It was indicated that current pulse decreases the size of grains fully recrystallized because of increasing the nucleation rate of recrystallization and decreasing the growth rate of recrystallized grains.
