摘 要: 用新方法測定了不同溫度下CO還原ZnO生成Zn蒸氣和CO2的反應(yīng)的平衡常數(shù), 得到了該反應(yīng)的lgKp=-10 630/ T +6.92關(guān)系式。 將此式與文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道的關(guān)系式進(jìn)行比較, 在1 250 K時(shí), Kp最小值為0.012 4, 比本研究低0.013 6; Kp 最大值為0.032 4, 比本研究高0.006 4; 其余的Kp值與本研究的結(jié)果比較接近, 差值不超過0.005, 說明本研究結(jié)果是可靠的。

Abstract: Equilibrium costant of the reaction of CO deoxidizing zinc oxide and generating gaseous zinc and CO2 was measured in new method at many temperatures.The equation Lg Kp =-10 630/ T +6.92 was obtained and the calculated result was compared with that of the equations in many documents. At 1 250K, the smallest Kp of the equations in many documents is 0.012 4 and 0.013 6 below that of this study, the largest Kp is 0.032 6 and 0.006 4 greater than that of this study, the others are close to that of this study. The differences between the others and this study are smaler than 0.005, it is thus proved that the result of this study is reliable.
