摘 要: 對(duì)CuOAl粉末預(yù)制塊在不同溫度下反應(yīng), 測(cè)試其溫度隨時(shí)間的變化曲線, 利用X射線衍射儀對(duì)其反應(yīng)后的試樣進(jìn)行物相分析, 得出產(chǎn)生熱爆的反應(yīng)溫度及不同溫度下的反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物。 結(jié)果表明, CuOAl體系化學(xué)反應(yīng)存在3個(gè)不同溫度區(qū)域,即穩(wěn)定區(qū)、 反應(yīng)不完全區(qū)和反應(yīng)完全區(qū)。 反應(yīng)完全區(qū)易出現(xiàn)熱爆現(xiàn)象。

Abstract: Temperaturetime analysis curves were tested and Xray diffraction was applied to examine the specimens processed from CuOAlpowder compacts after reaction. The reaction temperature of thermal explosion and reaction product were obtained. The results show that the chemical reaction of CuOAl system includes three stages, i.e. stable period, incomplete reaction period and complete reaction period in which termal explosion often occurs.
