摘 要: 彌散在鍍錫材料表面的顆粒狀黑色物質(zhì)—黑灰,主要產(chǎn)生于軟熔階段和陰極電解鈍化階段。 采用掃描電鏡與能譜分析, 測(cè)試了黑灰的形貌及黑灰的主要成分。 研究了陰極電解鈍化處理時(shí), 鈍化液濃度、 pH值、 溫度、 老化程度、 陰極鈍化電量以及雜質(zhì)離子對(duì)黑灰程度的影響。 在電解鈍化工藝條件為鈍化液濃度 ρ (Na2Cr2O7·2H2O)=25 g/L, pH=4.5, θ =38~45 ℃及鈍化電量 σ =1.62~4.86 C/dm2時(shí), 產(chǎn)生黑灰最少。

Abstract: The smudges on tinplating steel sheet are mainly formed during flowing and electrolytic passivation treatment. The appearanceand component of smudges were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The factors of electrolytic passivation, including the concentration of passivation solution, pHvalue, temperature, aging time, electric charge of passivation and impurity were studied. It is shown that smudges are least produced at technique parameters ρ(Na2Cr2O7·2H2O)=25g/L, pH=4.5,θ =38~45 ℃, electric charge of passivation σ =1.62~4.86 C/dm2.
