摘 要: 在賤金屬鐵基表面化學(xué)鍍NiCoP, 然后通過化學(xué)復(fù)合鍍制得NiCoPAl2O3底層, 復(fù)合鍍層用NaOH溶液浸出,可制得新型NiCoP微孔活性中間層。在中間層上再涂覆匹配性較好的NiCo2O4表面活性層, 該表面活性層由一定濃度配比的Ni(NO3)2和Co(NO3)2通過高溫?zé)峤舛伞?X射線衍射結(jié)果表明表面活性層是由NiCo2O4組成,不存在NiO和Co3O4的獨(dú)立相。這種新型表面活性層用于堿性水電解時具有析氧催化活性高, 穩(wěn)定性好等特點。

Abstract:Electroless plating NiCoP and composite electroless plating NiCoPAl2O3 subsequently on Fe substrate were presented.After NiCoPAl2O3 coatings immersed in 5 mol/L NaOH solution, a new microhole and active coating was formed. Deposition of the active NiCo2O4 coating on surface of NiCoP coating was formed after heat treatment in 2.0 mol/L Ni(NO3)2CO(NO3)2 mixing solutions at high temperature. Composition of the surface coating (NiCo2O4) was verified by Xray diffraction analysis, which showed that no NiO and Co3O4 existed. The new DSA for alkaline water electrolysis has higher catalytic activity and longer lifetime.
