摘 要: 應(yīng)用合成的改進(jìn)型試劑M115a, 研究了從鎢酸鹽溶液中選擇性沉淀除鉬、砷、 錫、 銻等雜質(zhì)的新工藝。 小型試驗(yàn)證明其除雜效果比用M115有大幅度提高, 在溫度為20~60℃, 沉淀劑M115a的用量為理論量的3~4倍以及保溫時(shí)間為1h時(shí),對(duì)含WO3為210g/L, Mo為0.6g/L, As, Sb, Sn各為0.2 g/L的(NH4)2WO4溶液, 最終的純?nèi)芤褐蠱o和WO3的濃度比小于0.5×10-4, 同時(shí)溶液中的砷、 錫、 銻也大部分被除去, WO3回收率大于99.9%。在結(jié)晶率為90%左右時(shí), 所得APT中上述雜質(zhì)的含量全部符合GB1011688APTO級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Abstract:According to the difference between tungsten compound and compounds of molybdenum, arsenic, antimony and tin, a novel process for selective precipitation of Mo, As, Sb and Sn from tungstate solution has been developed by means of the precipitating agent M115a, with the (NH4)2WO4 solution containing WO3, Mo, As, Sn and Sb of ρWO3, ρMo , ρ As , ρSn and ρSb were 210, 0.6, 0.15, 0.15 and 0.05 g/L respectively, more than 99% of the Mo and most of As, Sb, Sn could be removed under the condition of 50℃, 1h and the amount M115a, 3~4 times of stoichiometric amount, the Mo/WO3 in the purified solution is lower then0.5×10-4, and the recovery of WO3 is more than 99.9%. This processhas been adopted in 5 tungsten plants in our country. And industrial practice has proved that it is more effective than the traditional process.
