摘 要: 通過對TiON和ZrON體系的熱力學(xué)計算,繪制了TiZrON系的熱力學(xué)參數(shù)狀態(tài)圖, 根據(jù)Ti和ZrO2 兩相的穩(wěn)定共存區(qū)確定了材料合成的熱力學(xué)條件。 采用常壓燒結(jié)工藝制備了不同組分配比的TiZrO2 系金屬陶瓷, 研究了組成配比的變化對材料性能和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。 結(jié)果表明, 隨著Ti含量的增加, 材料的相對密度和抗彎強度均出現(xiàn)極小值, Ti含量在50%~75%(體積分?jǐn)?shù), 下同)之間是材料的力學(xué)性能弱點區(qū)。 TiZrO2 系金屬陶瓷由金屬Ti相, 四方ZrO2 相和少量的單斜ZrO2 相組成, Ti的存在能促進(jìn)四方ZrO2 向單斜ZrO2 的馬氏體相變過程,合成條件下組元Ti和ZrO2 之間不發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),具有良好的化學(xué)相容性。

Abstract:The coexisting region of Ti and ZrO2 has been determined by thermodynamic calculation to determine the synthesis conditions of this composite. TiZrO2 system composites with different compositions sintered under ordinary pressure have beenprepared by powder metallurgical method. The effects of titanium volume fraction on the density, the thermophysical properties and the microstructures of this composite have been studied carefully. The correlation between the microstructures and the corresponding properties were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, EDS, TEM and so on. The results of XRD and TEM show that the combining state of phases between Ti and ZrO2 is physical in this composite. The phase composition consists of titanium, tetragonal zirconia and a little monoclinic zirconia.
