摘 要: 基于Monod方程,推導(dǎo)并建立了氧化亞鐵硫桿菌TD-10在含亞鐵培養(yǎng)基中的生長響應(yīng)模型 。研究了以亞鐵離子的氧化來表征氧化亞鐵硫桿菌的生長過程; 利用該模型, 通過計算機擬合, 確 定了模型中細菌生長動力學(xué)參數(shù),并用該模型預(yù)示了最大比生長速率μm,營養(yǎng) 物飽和常數(shù) K 及細菌的初始濃度與得率系數(shù)的比值ρ0b/Y 變化時對細菌 生長的影響。考察了不同二價鐵離子初始濃度、 溫度和接種量時亞鐵離子濃度的變化, 從 而確定了各實驗條件下的μm,K 及ρ0b/Y 值。

Abstract:Based on Monod formula, a responsive mathem atical model for a cer tain kind of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans named TD-10 growing in the substrate con taining ferrous ion was built up. With computer simulating variation of f errous ion concentration during the bacteria growth, this model can be used to determine the kinetic parameters of bacteria growth, and the influence of these parameters on bacteria growth can be predicted. Under th e varie d experimental conditions of initial ferrous ion concentration, temperature and inocu lation amount, the ferrous ion concentration was examined, and the experimenta l data were simulated by computer to determine μm, K and ρ0b/Y. Furthermore, the influence of experimental conditions on these parameters was discussed.
