摘 要: 利用電化學(xué)交流阻抗譜法對(duì)CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-FeOx渣系的電導(dǎo)進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,隨著渣相中氧化亞鐵濃度的增大, 溫度系數(shù)逐漸減小; 三價(jià)鐵離子對(duì)電導(dǎo)率的影響隨渣相中鐵氧化物濃度的增大而顯著, 但當(dāng)鐵氧化物濃度小于20%(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí), 三價(jià)鐵離子對(duì)電導(dǎo)率的影響較小;CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 - Fe2O3渣系中存在電子導(dǎo)電,電子電導(dǎo)率約為10-3~10-2S·cm-1。

Abstract:The electrochemical AC impedance for measuring the resistance of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-FeOx slag system was worked out. The experimental results suggest that the temperature coefficient decreases as the content of iron oxide in slag increases. The effect of ferric ion on electrical conductivity is more pronounced at high iron oxide concentrations, but when the mole fraction of iron oxide is below 20%, the effect of ferric ions can be neglected. The experimental data show also that electronic conductance exists in CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 - Fe2O3 slag system. It can be estimated that electronic conductance is in the range of 10-3S·cm-1 to 10-2 S·cm-1.
