摘 要: 利用化學(xué)鍍方法在石墨粉表面鍍覆了一層均勻、 完整的金屬鎳, 研究了鍍鎳石墨粉電極及鍍鎳石墨粉作為MH/Ni電池鎳電極導(dǎo)電劑時(shí)的電化學(xué)性質(zhì)。 實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,石墨粉表面鍍覆金屬鎳可增加其電化學(xué)活性; 用鍍鎳石墨粉作為電極導(dǎo)電劑時(shí),可以改善鎳電極的導(dǎo)電性能, 降低電池內(nèi)阻, 提高正極活性物質(zhì)的利用率,且電池的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性好, 以1C 倍率充放電循環(huán)120次不衰減。

Abstract:The electrochemical characteristics of nickel electroless plating graphite powder was investigated. Experiments showed that the electrochemical activity of the powder coated with nickel is increased, the resistance of the battery is reduced, the utilization factor of the active materials in the positive electrode is increased and electrochemical cycle performance is improved when the nickelcoated powder is used as the conductive agent of the positive electrode of MH/Ni batteries.
