摘 要: 用X射線衍射和穆斯堡爾譜研究了快凝Al-Fe-V-Si-Nd合金的組織結(jié)構(gòu), 并用與時(shí)間有關(guān)的非均勻形核理論計(jì)算了在快凝過程中合金第二相α-Al13(Fe,V)3Si和Al8Fe4Nd的起始形核溫度與形核過冷度。 結(jié)果表明, 在相同的冷卻速度下,亞穩(wěn)相Al8Fe4Nd的形核孕育期短, 并且滿足優(yōu)先形核的動力學(xué)條件而析出,α-Al13(Fe,V)3 Si相被抑制。

Abstract:The microstructures of rapidly solidified (RS) Al-Fe-V-Si-Nd alloys were investigated using X-ray diffraction and Mossbauer spectroscopy. Time depended nucleation theory was applied to calculate the nucleation temperatures and under coolings for the competing phases of α-Al13(Fe,V)3Si and Al8Fe4Nd. It was found that the incubation time of the metastable phase Al8Fe4Nd is shorter and the kinetics condition for Al8Fe4Nd to form as the primary phase during the RS procedure is satisfied, which results in the depressing ofα-Al13(Fe,V)3Si phase in RS alloy with 1%(mass fraction)Nd.
