摘 要: 研究了稀土元素對工業(yè)純鋁導(dǎo)電性的影響。結(jié)果表明:混合稀土對工業(yè)純鋁的導(dǎo)電性沒有改善作用;在一定的數(shù)量范圍內(nèi)純稀土元素鑭、鈰的加入,對鋁的常溫導(dǎo)電性有一定的改善作用,高溫時(shí)則使鋁的電阻率略微上升。還對鑭、鈰降低鋁常溫電阻率的機(jī)理作了初步的探討。

Abstract:The effects of rare earth elements Ce, La and MRe on electrical conductivity of industrial aluminum were studied. The results indicate that the mixed rare earth element can't cause the improvement of electrical conductivity of aluminum. The addition of the pure La and Ce in industrial aluminum can decrease the electrical resistivity of aluminum and increase its temperature coefficient of electrical resistivity. Themechanism of pure rare earth elements improving electrical conductivity of industrial aluminum was also discussed.
