摘 要: 測(cè)試了Cu-11.19Al-6.43Mn合金的形狀記憶效應(yīng),研究了預(yù)變形程度、恢復(fù)溫度和訓(xùn)練次數(shù)對(duì)該合金的單向和雙向形狀記憶效應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明:該合金有一個(gè)能完全恢復(fù)的最大預(yù)變形程度εm,它隨恢復(fù)溫度的提高而增大,其最大值約為4.5%;合金的雙向記憶效應(yīng)隨訓(xùn)練次數(shù)增加而增大,在適當(dāng)?shù)挠?xùn)練次數(shù)和訓(xùn)練溫度下, 其最大的冷卻和加熱時(shí)的形狀恢復(fù)量之比(R)值約為30%。

Abstract:The effect of shape memory of Cu-11.19Al-6.43Mn alloy was measured, an influence of predeformation degree, recovery temperature and training times on shape recovery of one and two way was studied. Besides, it was analyzed by atom model of crystal deform. Test results show: The alloy has the greatest predeformation degree of about 4.5%, which can be recovered completely, and increases with raising recovery temperature; 2) The bidirection memory effect of the alloy is increasing with the raising training times, and at proper training times and temperature its greatest value of the ratio between shape recovery of cooling and heating is about 30%.
