γ-TiAl的循環(huán)氧化行為

摘 要: 采用增重法研究了γ-TiAl合金在1 123   K和1 173 K空氣中循環(huán)氧化的動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線,用配有能譜的掃描電子顯微鏡對(duì)氧化層的形貌和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,用X射線衍射儀測(cè)定了氧化層中的殘余應(yīng)力。研究結(jié)果表明:溫度是影響?yīng)?TiAl合金循環(huán)氧化性能的重要因素。氧化膜的剝落發(fā)生在金屬/氧化層界面,其剝落途 徑為:氧化層先脫附凸起,而后發(fā)生剝落。

Abstract:The cyclic oxidation behavior of γ-TiAl in air has been studied at 1123 -TiAl in air has been studied at 1123  K and 117 K. The morphology and microstructures of the oxide scales were examine d by SEM equipped with EDS. The residual stress of oxide scale was measured by X- ray stress instrument.
