摘 要: 提出了由轉(zhuǎn)速控制、時(shí)間控制及電流控制三原則綜合而實(shí)現(xiàn)繞線式異步電動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)過(guò)程的最優(yōu)控制。實(shí)踐運(yùn)行表明,與原來(lái)單純用時(shí)間繼電器控制起動(dòng)相比,新的控制方案能明顯減小起動(dòng)過(guò)程的發(fā)熱(減小約30%),除顯著節(jié)能外更重要的是能延長(zhǎng)電機(jī)的使用壽命 。

Abstract:An optimization starting control system was introduced. The control strategy and the framework of hardware, were introduced in detail. An integrated control theory composed of speed, time, and current were put forward. All about these new ideas and new measures have been proven to be correct and practicable.
