摘 要: 用k-ε方程模擬了余熱鍋爐內流場和溫度場分布。幾何拓撲結構用多塊結構以減少計算機內存的浪費,用貼體坐標系統(tǒng)來描述復雜的幾何邊界,網(wǎng)格系統(tǒng)用交錯網(wǎng)格。使用二階中心差分法離散擴散項和源項,對于控制方程的對流項的離散采用混合差分(HDS)格式。求解方程使用SIMPLE算法。給出了余熱鍋爐內流場和溫度場的分布,為研究余熱鍋爐爐內流動和傳熱、傳質提供了理論依據(jù),對余熱鍋爐的設計、節(jié)能改造提供了詳細的數(shù)據(jù)和有效手段。

Abstract:The flow and temperature fields in the waste boiler have been simulated. The computing method is SIMPLE method. The multi-block grid methodology involving unstructured set of block was used, and the Body-Fitted grid was specified in the simulation. The method of discretization of diffusion terms and source terms in the control equations is central differencing (CDS), and the method of discretization of advection terms in the control equations is Hybrid Differencing(HDS). The computation results described by the distribution of the velocity and temperature are good in accordance with phenomena observed in prototypes. The simulation re, sults can be used in design of waste boiler.
