摘 要: 研究了一種低Cr、低Al的Ni-Cr-Al系合金Ni-5Cr-5Al(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù),%)濺射涂層的抗高溫氧化性能。結(jié)果表明:雖然Ni-5Cr-5Al濺射涂層在1000 ℃氧化200 h后外表面生成NiO,NiAl2O4和Al2O3等復(fù)雜氧化物,但表現(xiàn)出很高的抗高溫氧化性能。進(jìn)一步分析表明,這一方面與濺射納米晶涂層上生成的外氧化物粘附性好有關(guān),另一方面與在NiO,NiAl2O4和涂層之間生成一層完整的α-Al2O3 有關(guān)。此外還討論了在Al含量很低情況下Ni-5Cr-5Al濺射涂層Al2O3的生長機制。

Abstract:The oxidation resistance of sputtered Ni-5Cr-5Al(mole fraction, %) coating in air at 1000 ℃ was investigated. The results indicated that NiO, NiAl2O4 and α-Al2O3 complex oxide were formed on the sputtered coating after 200h oxidation where as good oxidation resistance was shown. The good oxidation resistance is relate d to the excellent adhesion shown by the oxide scale and a complete α-Al2O3 layer formed between the NiO, NiAl2O4 layer/coating. The formation mechanism of α-Al2O3 was studied.
