摘 要: 碳酸鹽熔鹽燃料電池陰極材料NiO在熔鹽電解質(zhì)中的溶解,是該技術(shù)能否實(shí)用的關(guān)鍵之一。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,NiO在Li2CO3-Na2CO3熔鹽中的溶解度在CO2氣氛和650℃條件下約為5×10-6(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù))。LiFeO2或NaFeO2的添加雖能降低NiO濃度,但在CO2氣氛下會(huì)分解生成α-Fe2O3。

Abstract:The dissolution of NiO cathode is one of the "bottleneck" problems in the commercialization of molten carbonate fuel cell. It has been found that the solubility of NiO in Li2CO3-Na2CO3 melt is around 5×10-6(mole fraction) under CO2 atmosphere and 650℃. And the additives LiFeO2 or NaFeO2 for the hindrance of NiO dissolution in MCFC tend to react with CO2 to form the α-Fe2O3 in the operation of MCFC.
