摘 要: 采用雙層輝光離子滲金屬技術(shù),首先在低碳鋼表面滲入合金元素鎢、鉬;然后作固溶處理,使金屬間化合物溶于基體中;接著滲碳, 合金層內(nèi)形成大量彌散、均勻、細(xì)小的合金碳化物。經(jīng)淬火及回火后的合金層具有高速鋼組織及性能。對(duì)滲金屬層滲碳后的組織進(jìn)行了電子顯微分析。

Abstract:The surface high speed steel and its high properties are obtained by surface alloying with W-Mo, carburizing, quenching and tempering. W-Mo alloy layer is formed by double glow plasma alloying process. To dissolve the intermetallics which precipitated from the matrix of the layer, a solution heat treatment is conducted. The carburized alloyed layer possesses high density of finery and dispersed alloy carbides for the high concentrations of W, Mo and their affinities with carbon. Microstructures of the carburized alloyed layer are analyzed in detail by TEM.ª
