摘 要: 采用X射線衍射、電子探針和金相顯微鏡等方法研究了Ag-Pd-Ru三元系相圖的700 ℃等溫截面。發(fā)現(xiàn)在該截面上沿著Ag-Pd側(cè)有一單相區(qū)(Ag或Pd),這個單相區(qū)在富Pd區(qū)域較寬;在該截面的富Ru側(cè)也存在一較小的單相區(qū)(Ru);在這兩個單相區(qū)之間是一個寬闊的二相區(qū)(Ag+Ru)。此外,在Ag-Pd-Ru三元系富Ag-Ru側(cè)的部分成分區(qū)域,由于合金在液態(tài)出現(xiàn)分層現(xiàn)象,凝固后難于獲得均勻合金,致使該區(qū)域內(nèi)的相區(qū)邊界未能測定。

Abstract:The 700 ℃ isothermal section of the Ag-Pd-Ru ternary system phase diagram was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, electron probe analysis and optical microscopy. It was found that on this section there are a single-phase region (Ag or Pd) along Ag-Pd side, the wider part of which is at Pd-rich side, a small area single-phase region (Ru) at Ru-rich side and a wide two-phase region (Ag+Ru) between two single-phase regions. Because the liquid alloys in local Ag-Ru-rich range of the Ag-Pd-Ru ternary system exhibit immiscibility and are difficult to be homogenized after solidifying, the boundary of the two-phase region (Ag+Ru) is unable to be determined yet.
