摘 要: 采用揮發(fā)廢貴金屬催化劑中載體三氧化二鋁的方法, 在自制的真空爐中富集貴金屬。 研究結(jié)果表明: 在溫度為1473~1673K時, 真空度大于666.7Pa下, 反應(yīng)蒸餾3h, 可使氧化鋁還原20%左右, 貴金屬富集1.2倍; 相同條件下蒸餾4次, 可使貴金屬富集1.6倍, 收率大于92%; 連續(xù)性蒸餾可使貴金屬不斷富集, 同時貴金屬損失極少。

Abstract:The concentration of precious metals in the waste catalyst by reducing Al2O3 with sub-sulphide of Al in special vacuum furnace was studied. Under condition of temperature 1473~1673K, vacuum >666.7Pa, the reduction ratio of Al2O3 can achieve 20%, the concentration multiple is 1.2. For a fixed amount of reactant, the concentration multiple rises to 1.6 through four distillations, and the overall recovery ratio of precious metals surpasses 92%.
