摘 要: 用固相擴(kuò)散法合成了Mg2-xZrxNi (x=0, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6)系列合金。 XRD結(jié)構(gòu)分析表明: 主相仍為Mg↓2Ni; Zr替代Mg使合金的微晶結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了改變, 趨于非晶化; 添加Zr的合金的容量比由擴(kuò)散法合成的合金的容量有所提高; 合金中添加Zr, 提高了電極的放電容量, 增大了放電平臺(tái); 特別是Zr 對(duì)六方晶系Mg2Ni合金結(jié)構(gòu)中Mg的部分取代大幅度提高了電極的循環(huán)壽命, 未經(jīng)任何處理的 Mg1.4Zr0.6Ni合金電極經(jīng)25個(gè)循環(huán)后, 放電容量?jī)H衰減4.11%, 表明添加Zr對(duì)提高合金的循環(huán)壽命具有重要的作用。

Abstract:The Mg-based hydrogen storage alloys Mg2-xZrxNi(x=0, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6) were successful synthesized by means of a diffusion method (MD).The structure of these alloys was examined by X-ray diffraction. The results show that nanocrystallined and Mg2Ni phases exist in the alloys.With Zr adding in these alloys, the alloys show excellent electrochemical properties.The discharge capacity and cycle life of the alloys increase owing to Zr addition.The cycle life of Mg1.4Zr0.6Ni alloy only decays by 4.11% after 25 cycles.Consequently, the improvement of cycle life is described as the partial substitution of Zr for Mg in the alloy.
