組織與性能的影響

摘 要: 采用正交試驗和模擬試驗的方法, 研究了在線淬火方式、 淬火冷卻速度及淬火延遲時間對6005A鋁合金空心型材組織和性能的影響。 結(jié)果表明: 提高在線淬火冷卻強度比提高擠壓溫度和擠壓速度對改善型材性能的效果更明顯,型材強度隨淬火冷卻速度的增大明顯提高, 而延伸率并無明顯降低; 在線精密水霧淬火可使型材性能滿足車輛型材使用要求; 縮短在線淬火前型材在室溫環(huán)境下的停留時間,可以顯著提高型材強度性能。

Abstract:Effects of the type of press quenching, the cooling velocity and the delay time before press run-out quenching on the microstructures and mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Si (6005A) hollow sections were investigated by orthogonal optimizing method. The results indicate that the increase of cooling rate of the extrusion profiles during press quenching, rather than preheating temperature and extrusion speed, leads to significant improvement of the ultra-strengths of the sections with limited diminishing to the elongation, while the shortened delay time before press quenching favors the increase of strength of the sections considerably. The mechanical properties of the 6005A sections intensively water-spray quenched can meet the commercial application requirements for vehicle and transportation industries.
