摘 要: 采用離子電弧鍍的方法在Ni↓3Al基合金IC6上涂覆了NiCrAlY, NiCoCrAlY及NiCoCrAlYHf 3種MCrAlX涂層, 測試了IC6合金及其涂層900℃時(shí)的抗熱腐蝕性能。利用電子探針、 SEM、 X射線等手段觀察了腐蝕試樣的微觀結(jié)構(gòu), 分析了腐蝕產(chǎn)物的組成, 探討了IC6合金及其涂層的腐蝕機(jī)理。 結(jié)果表明: 3種涂層均使IC6合金的抗熱腐蝕性能有明顯改善, NiCoCrAlY Hf涂層的效果最為顯著, 表面氧化膜的酸性溶解是造成熱腐蝕的主要原因。

Ni3Al based alloy IC6 and MCrAlY overlay coatings

Abstract:NiCrAlY, NiCoCrAlY and NiCoCrAlYHf overlay coatings were deposited on Ni3Al based alloy IC6 by arc PVD method, and the corrosion resistance of the coating and uncoated alloy IC6 at 900℃ were tested. The microstructures of the samples after hot corrosion for 100h were observed by EPMA, SEM and XRD, as well the corrosive was analyzed. The results show that all the three MCrAlY coatings make the corrosion resistance of alloy IC6 improved, and the effect of NiCoCrAlYHf coating is rather better. The main factor of hot corrosion is that the scales in the surface are dissolved by acid melt salt.
