摘 要: 探討了三氟乙酸鹽受熱分解(TFA-MOD)方法在多晶織構(gòu)Ag基片上制備YBCO膜的工藝參數(shù)與薄膜的成分和取向、 表面形貌及超導(dǎo)電性之間的關(guān)系。通過優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù), 在1cm Ag{110}〈110〉基帶上制備了成分單一、 純c-軸取向及較好面內(nèi)取向的YBCO膜, Tc=90K, Jc=15000A/cm2。

Abstract:The influences of processing parameters on phase purity and texture, surface morphology and superconducting properties of YBCO films fabricated by TFA-MOD method were discussed. These films prepared under optimum conditions have pure c-axis texture and are good in-plane texture with Tc of 90K and Jc of 15000A/cm2 at 77K in self-field.
