摘 要: 利用循環(huán)伏安法和恒電位電解法探討了室溫條件下LiClO4-二甲基亞砜(DMSO)體系中Bi-Ni合金膜的電化學制備; 利用SEM, EDS 和 XRD分析了沉積膜的微觀表面形貌, 組成和相結構; 研究了沉積電位、 電流密度、 主鹽濃度以及NiCl2與Bi(NO3)3的濃度比對沉積膜質量的影響。實驗結果表明: 在Bi(NO3)3-NiCl2-LiClO4-DMSO體系中, 控制恰當?shù)捏w系組成和沉積條件, 可得到表面均勻、 附著力強、 有金屬光澤的灰色非晶態(tài)Bi-Ni合金膜, 其中Ni的質量分數(shù)可達1.82%~38.08%, 合金膜在268℃熱處理1h后, 可形成晶態(tài)的Bi-Ni合金相。

Abstract:The cyclic voltammetry and potentiostatic electrolysis were used to investigate the preparation of Bi-Ni alloy films in LiClO4-DMSO system. The effects of several factors including the potential and current density of deposition, concentrations of main salts and the concentration ratio of NiCl2 to Bi(NO3)3 were studied. The results indicate that Bi-Ni alloy films containing Ni 1.82%-38.08% is prepared in Bi(NO3)3- NiCl2-LiClO4-DMSO system by controlling the system composition and deposition conditions, which is gray, uniform, metallic luster and adheres firmly to the copper substrates. After heat treatment to deposited film at 268℃ for 1h, the alloy phase of Bi-Ni can be found in XRD pattern.
