摘 要: 采用氫氣/氬氣氣氛燒結(jié)和氬氣氣氛保護熱壓3種燒結(jié)工藝制備了3種不同成分的Ni基合金。 密度測試、 金相、 XDR以及SEM和EDX分析顯示: 在氫氣/氬氣氣氛下燒結(jié)時, NiFeCuAlSn和NiFeCuAlZn樣品出現(xiàn)體積膨脹、 密度下降和孔隙率增加現(xiàn)象; 通過氣氛保護熱壓制備的樣品致密度高且孔隙率低; Ni-Fe樣品形成Fe·Ni固溶體, 而NiFeCuAlX(X=Zn/Sn)樣品基體主要由細小的Ni3Al和較粗大的Ni及Fe·Ni組成, 其他元素均固溶于其中。

Abstract:Ni-based alloys with three kinds of component were fabricated through sintering under hydrogen/argon atmosphere and hot pressing. Density testing, XRD, SEM, EDX and metallographic analyses show that the sintering under hydrogen/argon atmosphere, makes dimension swell, density decline and pore rate increase for NiFeCuAlSn and NiFeCuAlZn samples. Through hot pressing, sample density is high, pore rate is low and its property are good. FeNi matrix is made of Fe·Ni and α-Fe. NiFeCuAlX(X=Zn, Sn) matrix are make up of fine Ni3Al and coarse Ni, Fe·Ni, other elements are dissolved in them.
