摘 要: 利用真空冷壁坩堝感應熔煉及銅模離心鑄造的方法制備了大尺寸非晶態(tài)Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5材料, 采用DTA和DSC分別研究了該合金的凝固特性及非晶態(tài)晶化行為。 結果表明:Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5合金具有較低的熔點, 表現(xiàn)出良好的深共晶特性, 在較低的冷卻速度下即可制備出大塊部分非晶及全部非晶材料。 Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5大塊非晶材料在339.5℃發(fā)生玻璃轉變, 晶化溫度為420℃。

Abstract:The bulk amorphous Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 alloy was prepared by cold wall crucible induction melting and centrifugal casting into a copper mould. Solidification characteristic of the alloy was analyzed by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and crystallization behaviours of the amorphous alloy was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It is shown that the melting point of Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 alloy is relatively low, and the melt has a good eutectic characteristic. The partially amorphous and fully amorphous samples are prepared at low cooling rate. It is determined that the glass transition temperature(θg) of Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy is 339.5℃ and the crystallization temperature (θx) is 420℃.
