摘 要: 研究了CuCr25合金的快速凝固噴射成形制備工藝, 考察了噴射成形過程中各工藝參數(shù)對沉積坯件成形性的影響,觀察和對比了噴射成形、 真空熔鑄和真空浸滲3種不同工藝制備的觸頭材料的顯微組織。 結(jié)果表明: 噴射成形制備的材料具有典型的快速凝固組織,合金化狀況良好, 微觀組織均勻, Cr析出相細小并彌散地分布在Cu基體中, Cr顆粒尺寸大約為3~10μm。 這將大幅度提高材料的耐電壓、 抗電擊穿等電學(xué)性能。

Abstract:The spray forming process of CuCr25 contactor material was researched, the effect of technical parameters upon properties of performs was studied, and the microstructures produced from spray forming process, vacuum casting and vacuum seeping process were compared. The results show that by spray forming, Cr phase is fine and disperse, the microstructure of performs is fine and uniform. The Cr particle size is about 3-10μm. All of these result in improving the electrical properties of contact materials.
