摘 要: 采用復(fù)合沉積方法在普通碳鋼基底上沉積碳納米管/鎳基復(fù)合鍍層。 用腐蝕實驗、 電化學(xué)方法研究了復(fù)合鍍層在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蝕性能, 并討論了其耐腐蝕機理, 對普通碳鋼和純鎳鍍層也進行了比較研究。 結(jié)果表明: 碳納米管的加入顯著提高了復(fù)合鍍層的耐腐蝕性能;耐腐蝕的原因在于碳納米管的復(fù)合鍍層更加致密, 隔離了腐蝕介質(zhì), 并阻止了蝕坑的增大, 同時, 碳納米管促進了鎳的純化, 從而提高鍍層的耐蝕性。

Abstract:Carbon nanotubes/Ni composite coating was obtained on steel matrix by co-deposition method. The corrosion resistance properties of carbon nanotubes/Ni composite coating in 3.5% NaCl solutions were investigated by mass-loss method and electrochemical corrosion experiment, and its corrosion resistance mechanism was discussed. The corrosion behaviors of nickel coating and Fe were compared with the composite coating. The results show that the corrosion resistance of composite coating is improved significantly by incorporation of carbon nanotubes.
