摘 要: 采用料漿法滲Zn、 溶膠-凝膠法沉積SiO2制備Zn-SiO2復(fù)合涂層。 采用EDS、 SEM、 XRD等方法分析了涂滲層的成分、 結(jié)構(gòu)與組織, 采用增量法研究了滲Zn試樣和Zn-SiO2復(fù)合涂層試樣的抗高溫氧化性能。結(jié)果表明, Zn-SiO2復(fù)合涂層將滲Zn層的抗氧化性能提高了3倍以上。

Abstract:Zn-SiO2 composite coating was prepared by sherardizing with slurry and depositing SiO2 by sol-gel method. The composition, microstructure and phases of coatings were analyzed by EDS, SEM and XRD. The oxidation properties of slurry sherardizing coating and Zn-SiO2 composite coating were studied by a mass-gain method.It is shown that Zn-SiO2 composite coating can enhance the oxidation resistance of sherardizing coating more than three times.
