摘 要: 對(duì)真空熱壓燒結(jié)的ZrO2(2%Y2O3)/316L(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù))不銹鋼復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行了微觀組織研究。 結(jié)果表明: 細(xì)小的ZrO2顆粒均勻地分布于不銹鋼顆粒之間, 不銹鋼抑制了其周圍的ZrO2晶粒的生長; 對(duì)于1250℃燒結(jié)的復(fù)合材料, 不銹鋼附近的ZrO2晶粒細(xì)小, 為形狀規(guī)則的t相, 遠(yuǎn)離不銹鋼的ZrO2多數(shù)已發(fā)生相變, 為“N”字型或者相變孿晶/m/-ZrO2相。

Abstract:Dense ZrO2 (2Y)/316L stainless steel composites were prepared by vacuum hot-pressing sintering and their microstructures were studied. The results show that fine ZrO2 particles distribute uniformly among stainless steel particles in the composites. The stainless steel particles restrain the growth of the ZrO2 particles nearby. In the composites sintered at 1250℃, ZrO2 particle grain near the steel matrix is fine and regular, and remains as t-ZrO2. On the contrary, ZrO2 far away from the matrix has mostly transformed to ‘N’-shaped or twin m-ZrO2.
