摘 要: 通過實驗測量了不銹鋼/鋁合金/不銹鋼三層復合板和不銹鋼/鋁/鋁合金/鋁/不銹鋼五層復合板的各項成型性能指標, 并采用剛-塑性有限元方法對這2種復合板在有壓邊力條件下的沖壓成型過程進行了計算模擬分析, 獲得了各組元金屬的變形規(guī)律以及等效應力、應變分布圖。 分析結(jié)果證明: 五層復合板的沖壓成型性能要優(yōu)于三層復合板。

Abstract:The forming properties of the stainless steel/aluminum/stainless sandwich sheets and the stainless steel/aluminum/aluminum alloy/aluminum /stainless steel five-layer sheets were measured, and the deep drawing procedures of them were also analyzed by FEM. The distributions of effective strain and stress of the component metals were achieved. The simulation results show that the formability of five-layer composite is higher than that of three-layer composite. This conclusion is coincident with the experimental data.
